FCK and Stadtwerke Kaiserslautern (SWK – a local bus company and energy supplier) offer a free park-and-ride system.

From two hours in advance of the game, shuttle busses commute between the parking lots at Opel, the university, Kaiserslautern Ost (KL-O – Kaiserslautern East) and the stadium. Theses busses run at intervals of five to ten minutes and transport the spectators from their cars to the stadium.

For spectators who live or park in the city center, we recommend line 2, departing from “Rathaus A” station (“town hall A“) for the stadium. During peak periods, there are additional busses. After the game, busses depart from the main station to the Rathaus (town hall).

Busses to the parking lot Kaiserslautern Ost (Kaiserslautern east) depart from “Kantstraße“ (Kant street) in front of the AGIP gas station. Busses to the parking lot at the university depart from the big parking lot “Bremerstraße” (Bremer street)/ “Dunkeltälchen”.

Busses to the parking lot at Opel depart from Bremerstraße in the direction of “Waldschlösschen” (a building on Bremerstraße).
Stop stations on this route: Einsiedlerhof (stop 1), Opel parking lots 3+4 (stop 2) and Opel Haupttor (Opel main entrance - stop 3).

Your stadium ticket allows you to use the SWK bus service for free. From four hours in advance of the game until the closing hour of SWK, you are allowed to use the SWK bus service for free in connection with your stadium ticket.
